Is this really a violation, or just someone who doesn't like the answer?
Question:
What, in your opinion, is the most immoral act of the current Bush administration?
There is lots to choose from, but please name what you consider the worst: treason in outing V. Plame, lying about WMDs, torture, scuttling of habeas corpus, tying a webcam to a dog, shooting friends in the face, outlawing stem cells, vetoing all laws that help others besides his rich buddies, the rich buddy tax cuts, the 2001 hanging chads, etc.
Answer:
Not rounding up all the Dems and shipping them off to those FEMA concentration camps.
Now what part of the TOS or the Community Guidelines does that answer violate that the question didn't?

Scotty I disagree...just because certain 'buzz words' like 'concentration camps' are used does it automatically make it worthy of violation? ok, someone may say it's offensive to people of jewish-descent, but the reference could be towards Stalin's concentration camps.
Are we censoring words now? I guess the word 'noose' cannot be used at all either. People need to read entire sentences instead of 'buzz words'. Although, I'm an African-American female, I don't think that even the word n*gger (had to type it like that or else the Violation Police will report) should be censored per se.
Does historical events/connotations/usage automatically make a word/phrases objectionable? If so, then there's a case to censor the word 'cracker' which would be expected to offend caucasians. hey, why not 'boy' due to its derogatory reference to black males historically? I guess 'queen' or 'queer' would be objectionable as well.
Also, some are saying that the question wasn't answered...I disagree...just because a person receives a response that s/he disagrees with doesn't mean the question wasn't answered.

Disagreeing with a Democrat is fine. However, saying that they should be shipped off to concentration camps is patently offensive and I'm surprised you don't know that. Yahoo! Answers would be a much better place if both Democrats and Republicans would show each other at list a little bit of respect.

Your answer is a violation of the community guidelines. I laughed at it, as I have a sense of humor. I'm not sure the report-a-droids have a sense of humor. I frequently get questions deleted.
Your answer IS technically a violation of the community guidelines, though. It could be considered offensive, insulting, and it obviously doesn't provide a "real" answer to the asker's question.
FEMA Concentration Camps....heh.

I believe that would be the inflammatory remark concerning [FEMA] concentration camps. I don't think only Dems would find that comment offensive. The question might have been pointed and obviously skewed, but it wasn't flat out rude.

To answer your question;
In technical terms you violated the TOS by not answering the question posed with the choices given. In reality, you played in their sand box, showed them up with wit and humor and got the boot for it. My advice, stay away from baited questions they only get you in trouble.

It's amazing isn't it? I get reported a lot for "not an answer or a question". This whole thing is so subjective though. Who defines what is an answer? Or "offensive"? I try to not stoop to their level and revert to their reporting tactics. When they can't come up with an answer that can't be answered with "Bush is an idiot!" they report us. To hell with 'em I say.

Haven't you figured it out yet? Disagree with a Dem, and you'll be accused of:
1. Hate speech
2. Intolerance
3. Homophobia
4. Bigotry
Take your pick...
Those wonderful 'champions of the First Amendment.'
Ha! What a joke.
