You have no question as to what to get them... I hate buying presents for peope that you have to ponder for hours, even days.... what will make them happy.. Gift cards are great in that situation., but if you feel that is the only option then maybe they don't deserve a gift after all..?????

Do as my family does. Ask them to give you a list of what they want and be able to get them what is necessary. As for gift cards they are not practical. Gifts should be bought with care and precision. And then you do not have to spend so much money on nothing for someone who doesn't deserve it.

"Deserve" is a nasty word. It means the speaker is passing judgement on someone.

Give who you want to give to and don't who you don't. It's doesn't need to be an issue of someone's worth.

i only ever buy christmas presents for my three best friends my boy friend(if i have one!) and my mam dad sister and my nan(on my mums side!!! i don't see the point in buying presents for people just for the sake of buying presents!!
