It sounds like you've definitely got a urinary tract infection due to the frequent and painful urination. The constipation could be due to the lack of water you've been drinking too. You need to see a doctor and get this treated immediately.

frequent and painful urination sounds like cystisis to me. Dont know about the constipation. Maybe its your mind reacting to the urinary problem. Go see a doctor.

constipation can be caused by the lack of exercise and the foods that you eat and the drinks that you take in. about the urination, it is best that you have it checked with your physician since it will be hard to tell what it is.

You don't say how old you are so just guessing that it could be a prolapse problem.

Try drinking plenty of Cranberry Juice , lemonafe and just plain old water and see if it helps.

The best advise I ever got was to sit on the loo and drink a litre of water. It really helped.

you could have a urinary tract infection, which if left untreated can damage your kidneys. You should go to the doctor and find out what it is as soon as possible.
