Yes, they would, as there's almost no electoral strategy that gets any Democrat to 270 without California.

I have a better idea- let's give Texass to Mexico, then we'll get rid of tons of Republicans and best of all, the Bush family!!! Since people down there are blind and just fill in circles that have an (R) beside it.
Bush likes illegal immigrants so much, let's make him and his family go live with his cheap labor. Bush=scab.

OMIGOD Jimmy has become one of those rabid socialist liberals he keeps warning us about! He wants to just GIVE an entire STATE to Illegal Aliens, but he doesn't want them to have DRIVER'S LICENSES?
Answer me this one Mr Pro Life: "Would you support Illegals being forced to get abortions to prevent them from having'Anchor Babies'?"

Yes, and I sorta like the idea, if we give California to Mexico we can also rid the US of 3/4 of our illegal aliens.

Most mexicans i know are defiant democrats. But with the inability to vote what would it matter? If Cali was part of mexico there would be no votes from them.
