Probably not. You see, that video card will select one or the other. If it selected BOTH, you might only have a driver to display the same image on BOTH, so what good would that be?
If you increase the complexity, you have more problems. It is often a pain to fiddle and get this working again and again.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

Yes.
Take a look at the specs or the DVI connector itself. You may find that it is a DVI-I connector. That would mean that you do not have to use a digital monitor. You can attach an analog VGA connector using a DVI-A to VGA adapter. Those are readily available from electronics stores for a few dollars.
To see what kind of connector it is compare it to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface#Connector
If you have the pins around the tab slot then it is DVI-I.
Analog monitors tend to be slightly cheaper, but if there is not a significant difference in price get the digital capable one. The picture will be slightly better, but has less hassle in setting it up for a perfect picture.

not sure about the NVidia FX 5200, but i have a Radeon X1300 with two outputs (DVI and VGA), and i have dual VGA monitors running off it, works fine as 1 extended desktop ( i did need to get a DVI-to-VGA adapter though).

Yes, you will need a better PSU. Emachines T6414 comes with a 300watt PSU. 8800GTs need a 400-450watt(depending on manufacturer) PSU with a minumum of 26 amps on it's +12V rail. 8800GT should default at medium settings in Crysis althou you're gonna take a hit with that cpu. Crysis is the most cpu intensive game I've ever played.
