1a I cannot stand anything out of place. As I try to pick up as I go along. If I am unable to because of how busy it is I think about it all day, and if I rush out and forget about it, I tend to remember it around dinner time. ARG!

1b Caring too much about one customer/client/account (whatever). I don't want to end a conversation with a displeased customer until I can make them happy again.

2. Manager was easily overwhelmed to the point where he would not complete payroll on time every now and then.

3. DON'T LIST JUST ONE!!!!!!!!!!
hard working, loyal, punctual, great problem solver, dedicated, persist ant, ........ DON'T STOP THERE!

4. Dedicated employees who have been with a company for long periods of time, through thick and thin.

5. Office gossip, AND/OR frequent absentees and tardies - if you can't work full time, have enough care and respect to find a job that suites your needs and the company's needs.

I would beware number 2 and 5, you do not want to start bashing and being negative...but you can do it in a positive way...for example a trait you do not like of a co-worker is if they are not team players. It is a way of saying you are a team player without being negative :)
