Of course, when you are a teenager, your responsibilites are little-to-none and are extremely limited. This changes as you get older and certainly they change quite a lot when you get a job, marry and then have kids and a home, etc. Party, party is great and no adult should decry their children or children of others the chance to do it. It's all about growing up and finding out about life.

And there we have it - life, because life IS a *****. Party, party becomes more and more limited (and if you don't watch out, it will disappear altogether - don't let it!!). The responsiblitites pile up, but on the other hand you start to notice that life has other aspects to it.

This is called experience and that really is what being an adult is all about. You learn, hopefully, from your mistakes, but you must recognise, as must others, that you have to make those mistakes in the first place. What also makes life more interesting, is that you learn when you can continue to make the "nicer" mistakes without being found out or punished. That you can only do when you are an adult.

The saying goes, life begins at 40 and maybe it does. But by hell, after 50 it sure is a ball!

I'd rather be back in my 'teens. The folks fed me, got me my clothes, gave me folding money, etc. No responsibilities other than getting passing grades in school. PARTY TIME. Then I joined the service. Uncle Sam did the same thing. Food, clothes, dough, etc. Just try not to get killed. And more PARTY TIME.

Now I'm an old fart, and I work, pay bills, try to find enough left to get food and clothes, and no more party time. My single enjoyment is my bike that I ride to and from work, and go for groceries on the weekend. Being an adult is a chore 24/7. Wish I had more pictures of my teen years just so I could look back and remember being happy.

Now all I have to look forward to is winning the lottery so I can go back to trying to act like a teen again. (Not gonna happen with this body in the shape it's in, but I'll give it a hell of a try!)

I wouldn't go back to be a teen again if you paid me.
When you're an adult, things seem to make much more sense. I'm not sure about fun though. Being an adult means being responsable and paying bills...and working..and parenting. But still, I prefer it to being a teen.

i'm not that old (in my 20's), but i personally like being an adult more than a teenager because i feel i'm more mature as a person... but being a teenager is really the last time you'll be able to be a kid, without any real responsibilities or obligations (besides school)... after high school, it's moving away to college, getting a job, looking for a place to live, filing your taxes, etc... your teens only come once in a lifetime, though. enjoy them while you can!

There are more responsibilities when you're an adult but the insecurities of being a teenager make being an adult much more fun.

I wouldn't be a teen again if my life depended on it.

Being a teenager could be better cause there isn't has much responsibility cause there still at home with parents. Has adults you have to work to pay all the bills and looking after your own family.

I am a teenager but I believe it's been proven that primary school days are your favourite. Not sure about high school but, going by the same logic, it's probably better than being an adult.

the respond is all 3. once you're a baby, all you want to do is get greater suitable and older 'like those different teenagers'. once you're a youngster, you won't be able to attend to turn into an person...get a vehicle, get out of the abode and be achieved with college. once you're an person, you such as you have been 6 years previous returned without conventional jobs. stay in the 2nd. each and each diploma of existence is completed of reviews. attempt to appreciate all of them.

Nope. I'd rather go back to being a teen when life was more simple. The biggest worry I had then was coming up with beer money for the weekend.
