I'd take the time machine. It would allow me easily to become a millionaire by investing early in companies I know are going to do well and by betting on Super Bowls to which I know the outcome. Once I became fabulously wealthy, I could fund scientific research on an invisibility device!

Invisibility, that way I don't need to worry about disease and not having the proper med care.
