It depends on what you think is a good movie. If you like movies with plenty of explosions and brainless action sequences, then it's really not your type of movie.

Personally, I like how the movie looks and feels, a sort of disconcerting view of agoraphobia. Plus there are some parts of it that is just downright creepy.

The ending might not be one of its strengths but the way there is certainly worth seeing in my opinion.

Edit: Yes, it's a remake of The Omega Man starring Charlton Heston. And that's a remake of The Last Man on Earth starring Vincent Price. What's odd about movies based on books is they tend to be remade every once in a while.

For the most part I liked it. There were a few parts that were disappointing. It kind of dried up near the ending, but all in all it's worth $30 for three people to watch.

The one thing I liked was that they didn't rely on many "cheap" scares. Most of the scary parts of the movie were because of the character's stress in the situation.

Its a short Movie. I always expected that movies in this day and age are within the 2 Hour Mark. This one is 120 Minutes. And if you want my opinion, its a renter.

Not yet- but it's on my Netflix list!
I don't think any movie is worth what you pay in the theaters anymore- Especially after popcorn and a soda! It's crazy!

I loved it. But a bit of warning, you may start to tear up a bit at one point.

Don't listen to some of the others on here. I saw no plot holes and the movie was great. Idiots tend to hate movies that aren't commercial and are original.

No the ending isn't that great but its a better one than the mist.

I haven't seen it yet. I don't go to the movies. TOO much money. I buy the movies I want on DVD. And yes this one is on my list to buy as soon as it comes out.

I'll wait till it comes out on DVD and pay $5 for an evening's entertainment (assuming it's any good, of course).
