i dont know the names but concentration camps were invented by the British in South Africa in the 1890s

or are you only interested in the nazi ones ?

If you mean Nazi ones then the first 6 were Dachau, Breitenau, Oranienburg, Osthofen, Sachsenhausen and Buchenwald.
