The best Dutch Teacher in the Philippines is Mr. Rob Stevens in Makati City. All his students passed the MVV Exam and 98% of them passed in ONE TAKE with a high score.

He is recommended Dutch Teacher of the Dutch Embassy Manila since 2006.

His students always ahead or top in their school in the Netherlands and Belgium.

When it comes to learning languages, the name Berlitz always comes to my mind. It's an international firm that specializes in teaching different languages. I don't know if Dutch is available as a classroom lesson, though. You have to contact them to make sure.
