The 28 days is just a guideline. If you have a 32-day cycle that is completely normal. You should count based on what is typical for you.

Not everyone is 28 days - thats just the average. As long as it comes regularly thats what is important.

If you are young and only started getting you period recently it sometimes take a few years to settle into a routine.

If for some reason you wanted it to be every 28 days, you can take the contraceptive pill and it artificially regulates your period to a 28 day cycle

It's totally normal to have a 32 or 33 day cycle. Nothing wrong with your fertility.
