i multi task so it's more of a coast. if i sprint i just get clumsy and end up making even more work for myself.

Hi Baby, I use to be a very good runner and i truly loved it,until i hurt my right knee and i had a total knee replacement 6 years ago. Always sprint at home stretch Always!!! In running or Love..

I prefer to coast and take my time, checking out the scenery along the way!! People are always in a big hurry in life they don't take the time to enjoy things!!

I'd say I don't like to be rated. I like to get out in front, open up a little lead, take a little breather in the backstretch, and then come home free.
But a lot depends on who's in the saddle...

I always coast. Slow and easy wins the race. Being subversive (and going around, over, under obstacles) works sometimes too! What did your mother teach you? And, by the way, I just reread your 'What my mother taught me.' What did your father do and why did she want you to stop acting like him! HAAAA.
