I really wonder this. I have just watch a local TV program about African tribes which one tribe they describe the women normally do not wear clothes on their top so their breast is shown clearly, even though some wear colourful jewellery it don't cover it. Also on the behind, you can see the buttocks clearly because they wear something which look like thong in back. A different culture I can understand and they accept this dress style. Of course the Africans are also human and will have sex drive. But how can they see this everyday but don't are sexually aroused when unaproprite? I think in most other culture, if people wear like that everyday, many people will have much sexual urge and will create problems.

Its all a matter of custom. If you saw it everyday and didn't see it as a sign of sexuality, then you would come to not notice it.

At one point in the USA, a woman who showed her bare ankles and lower legs was considered naked. And since this was something never seen by the average unmarried guy, I suppose it was quite arousing.
Now when women can be in public wearing much much less clothing, its acceptable to us. Such as a thong bikinis worn at a pool or the beach.
However, when the time comes for procreation, none of us have a problem with arousal.

b/c they're us to it...its part of their culture...come on look at American soceity..men don't get excited when they see a woman in a mini skirt anymore...why. b/c they got us to see us American women revealing our bodies too much, which is not orignially part of the american culture.

were born naked... people that stay that way dont find it a big deal.. being told to cover up your whole life and hide your junk, when you get it out in the sunlight, it seems weird to alot of people... like a new haircut.. in cultures like that they see big black boobies all the time and they dont sneak off and cream their pants cause they seen a playboy..

may be they might not give much imprtance to husband wife relationship ie they may dnt hv morality n their life style.
even in hindu puranas we see that great rishis get sexually aroused.then hw can these normal human beings can control their sexual feelings?

They are too busy trying to survive the wild, find food, and keep their shelter. That's not always the case because they must be having sex in one form or another with how bad AIDS is killing everyone off.
