I really strugle with that, when I am in the people's attention I havent control and my face muscle start to shake.. it's really weird..what is that?

You're being self conscious. The attention of others is getting on your nerves. Be around people more, that way you get used to the attention and eventually become more relaxed. The twitching will stop.

It is a nervous reflex. Some people can't talk, some people can't stop laughing, etc... Eventually, you will get over it. Just be patient.
