Make a paste of liquid detergent and borax or of powdered detergent, borax and water. Apply to the stains and let them sit for 10- 20 minutes. Wash as usual.

Or presoak in a basin of water and 1/4-1/2 cup borax. Then launder.

A stain that is new is easy.Rinse until all debri is gone.Use cold water, then rub some detergent in the spot. Then just wash as you would with the rest of the laundry. If white, use hot water.

If they are white wash them how you would wash any white clothes. Hot water, detergent - I also add oxyclean, and after five minutes add bleach.

If they are dark colors and you have bad stains I would suggest cleaning yourself off a little better in the future.
