No really hot showers are bad for your skin. It does not matter if it is hot or cold out. Hot showers or baths take to much natural oil away from your skin.

nope, it's too hot here at the moment. I'm taking 2 or 3 cold showers a day just to try and keep myself from melting into a sweaty puddle.

No I call it a warm shower.I love hot showers but for some odd reason when it's cold the water isn't as it is in the summer or fall.I hate that.

I make the water as scaldingly hot as possible when it is cold. Of course, this makes it worse when i get out of the shower but i don't care.

Even better I have a really hot deep bath. But I make sure I don't have to go out within the hour.

heck yes... i leave the bath run for a 20-30 seconds and then turn on the shower... in wisconsin it's collddddddddddd girl..it's cold.
