I find that when i put eye make-up on... my eyes sting...
Not alot, but enough to irritate me! I use to think i was just tired, and wanted to close my eyes... but they get itchy...

Does this mean i'm allergic?
(other make-up... foundation, blusher... is fine)

you probably just have very sensitive eyes. It doesnt necessarily mean you're allergic, just sensitive!

in future try to stay away from the really powdery eye make-ups and try using cream eyeshadows which will be less irritant to your eyes.
you could also try using the more gentle make-up brands, so instead of maybe using MAC for example you could start using the body shop, avon, bare minerals.
look after to your eyes and rememer to remove all make-up before going to bed!

I do not have problems on mascara, eyeliner, blushers or any eye products. What bothers me is no make-up suits my face, each time i put on foundation or concealer, there tend to have acne appearing. I have consulted many skin specialists and facial experts but no results seen. I am hoping for a solution too.

You may just have sensitive eyes. But you should check the ingredients in your makeup. You may have to switch. There are certain companies that use nickel in their products & I for 1 am allergic to nickel. A lot of people are. Just a suggestion...

Yes. You are probably allergic. Try the sensitive eyes make-up that Bee-Luscious makes. It will help and you probably will never have any problems with it. I know it works great for me.

Maybe or perhaps you have sensitive eyes. Try Bare Minerals make-up. It's very gentle and all natural or any mineral make-up.

Yes, but my doctor told me it's not an excuse to be without makeup.... I've now got Patanol, these medicated eyedrops.
