Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, God the Son.
The angel said to them,
"Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For today in the city of David a savior has been born for you who is Messiah and Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find an infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger."
And suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying:
"Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests."
(Luke 2:10-14)
With love in Christ.

It's about giving. God gave us a world that renews itself after every winter. God gave us the gift of Jesus to teach us love and generosity. Saint Nicholas taught us that giving to others was a blessing that should be emulated and somewhere along the line, we found out he was right in the shining faces of our children on Christmas morning.
What could be more blessed than that?
Have a wonderful holiday!!!!!!!

It's a holiday to spend with your family. It's not about gifts or greed.
Everyday is christmas.
