Okay so heres the deal. Im about 5 days late on my period and having some symptoms of being pregnant such as nausea/vomiting, headaches, heartburn, etc. However, Im still testing negative when it comes to urine tests. Hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months. Could I have finally of gotten my wish? or no?

If you are having the "classic" symptoms then yes it is possible but you probably should schedule an appointment with you OB/GYN to get a positive confirmation. The doctor's tests are far more accurate than the over-the-counter pregnancy tests. Good luck and congratulations of you are!!!!

I think the tests are pretty sensative and usually show a positive reading very early on even before a period is due however if your urine is fairly diluted that could be harder to detect but good luck anyhow.

Depending on when you were trying to concieve, it may be a bit early. Try again in about a week. It's a little bit too early to be showing pregnancy symptoms, and when you do, most likely they will just be fatigue and nausea/vomiting.

see, there can be a delay in your menstruation if you have got soem illnesses or if you take some medications.But, from your question, we can suspect that you are pregnant.BUT, from these symptoms only, we CAN"T confirm it.THOUGH thses symptoms are present during the first trimester, it CAN be relates to some general illnesses .More over that, the pregnancy tests are totally related to hormonal influence and hence we can't considered as Positive.It can happen in some diseases also.From your question, it is clear that you find some troubles in conceiving and hence I would suggest yo to consult some expert gynaecologists for further clarification.

Sometimes the test will show negative in the early stages then another test will say positive. I am hoping that is the case for you.

well the only real way to find out is to take a blood test. Go to your docotor or the emergency room and they do it for you there. Its 100 positive so u wont have to worry. good luck anyway i hope you get ur wish!

The fact that you are five days late to your period,the probability of being pregnant is to high,despite you having the signs of pregnancy.

I hope you are pregnant. But it may be the flue or something you ate. Try the test in a few more days.

Just go to the doctors for a blood test,then you will know for sure.I would leave it another week as well.
