It's sounds like flu it's fine. It's a normal part of life I promise. If you want to help give her lots of water that way she doesn't get dehydrated.

there's a possibility of food poisoning. better bring her to the hospital as soon as you can before she gets dehydrated. and if possible that you could bring a stool sample as well as her vomit, i know it sounds gross and it is gross but it will help the medical team to analyze what's wrong. and give her plenty of fluids and maybe some antacids ( but regarding the antacids you have to be careful cause it depends on other medications she's taking, just read the warnings on her prescription bottle before you could give her any medications that is over the counter or better ask your pharmacist ), maybe you could also give her a hot compress on her stomach it might help for the pain, till you get to the hospital.

Even if it's just a bad case of the flu, older adults can go downhill very fast with dehydration. It's best that she sees a doctor as soon as possible.

Does she have a doctor you could call for her? Ask Gramma what she wants to do,...she may have the flue, and she may have food poisoning...call the paramedics and tell 911 that you are very worried and that your parents won't help ...the breathing part is what concerns me...see what they say, and i bet they come flying over there....the vomiting, diarrhea, etc, could be a heart attack...especially because of the breathing part...please, call 911 NOW..

she is not fine.
she's dehydrated. look at her lips, buccal mucosa, eye socket. if its dry and sunken, take her to the hospital.
pinch her skin on the tummy, if it returns slowly, shes dehydrated. take her to the hosp.
if her heart rate is 90+ per minute, she is losing blood volume secondary to dehydration, take her to the hospital.
if she is breathing 20+ per minute, she is having metabolic alkalosis, take her to the hospital.
if she is lethargic, drowsy, incoherent, she is in shock secondary to volume loss, take her to the hospital.
if she is not urinating at least 30ml per hour, she is having acute tubular necrosis (kidney failure) secondary to dehydration still, take her to the hospital.
she'll die if all these continue.
