would not like to live in a house like richie rich, thats too big, I would like to have a medium sized house with the 8,000 hectares, then I could divide the land up and sell it off as individual blocks.

Neither. I dont want to feel isolated. Plus I dont want to have to drive 30 miles to the store. I dont have a family so I dont even need a house. Just give me a condo, a palm tree, and some sand and Im happy.
This a very interesting question because people nowadays are opting for bigger houses and smaller land around the houses. They dont want to deal with the upkeep of the land, which doesnt make sense to me because it is far more expensive to maintence a house than it is land.

I am very appreciative that I have a house to live in at all. I look at the poor souls that live in the streets and have no where to go. I am female and 39. Ps Not only would I not live in it, but I would donate it to a charity for the homeless.
