I know myself i can only find one and that she appearedin Goldfinger but its for a competition and that is what the question is my friends and i have been searching .We know every woman who ever starred in james bond movies.We have hunted but cannot find any reference of her being in two she to my knowledge only placed once in any of james bond movies.so it must be some other james bond blockbuster .

The only one I know of was "Goldfinger," which was one of the best of the Sean Connery James Bond flicks.
Honor Blackman also played in a British TV series, "The Avengers," in which role she was succeeded by the beautiful Diana Rigg.
You may be confusing Blackman with Rigg, who played in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." Both actresses were British, were older than the actor playing Bond, and both played in "The Avengers."

Blackman remains the second oldest actress to play a Bond Girl, ***** Galore in "Goldfinger." She never was a Bond girl twice. The only woman to be a Bond girl twice was Maud Adams in "Octopussy" and "The Man With The Golden Gun."

Well she appears in Goldfinger of course, and then if you simply mean that you can see her then the answer would be the title sequence of On her majesty's secret service.... I think :)
