I am going against the majority here. I think a couple should have a vacation together and a weekend getaway apart. I think it is very healthy and if you are comfortable in your relationship it really is not an issue. Most of the guys I have dated are into hunting or golfing, neither one are my favorites and I would much rather spend my time doing something else. Let them enjoy themselves and I will enjoy myself.

Absolutely not. It opens the door to temptations that can lead to dire consequences. A friend of mine was dying of cancer. Her husband decided he wasn't going to sit around and visited people out west. He lied through his teeth when they asked why his wife wasn't there. He was so wrapped up in his own world he couldn't see she was dying. It didn't seem to matter. The thing that got me~~she hasn't been gone that long and he started going to a singles club. Tells me more than I needed to know.

I think that's a great idea. I never thought of that. But both could enjoy little time alone apart from each other.
