It really depends on where you're staying, hotel rooms range from general to super cramped, the price you pay also counts and the place you are staying at.

At 92kg you'll be OK. Yes, bathrooms are small in budget hotels in Tokyo, but they are usually western style - i.e. bathtub & toilet in the same small room. It will be tight, but not nearly as bad as on the airplain.
(If you weigh 150kg, that's a different matter. And the buthtub IS really small.)

Others are right about more expensive hotels having larger bathrooms, though. If you come in a tour group or make reservation from abroad, chances are you'll be staying at one of the better hotels. So, don't worry & have a good time there!

if you stay in a 5 star hotel, i don't think you will be in any trouble.

If you had trouble in the airplane then you'll probably have trouble in hotels. Bathrooms in Japanese hotels are varying sizes of small. Unless it's a pretty nice, kind of expensive hotel.

You will be OK. 92 kg is not morbidly obese where I come from.
