you should definitely sneak in. but if i were you i would wait until 2 or 3 in the morning, were all black with a ski mask, and can you get a hold of a large hunting knife to carry with you while you do this? i think that would really help your situation.

If this is your PS3 and you paid for it, I say go get it but have a Sheriff escort you. You don't need to get into anymore tussles.

I don't know why you asked this in the marriage divorce section. But, my answer would be no, call them and wait until they can be there so they can't accuse you of stealing or anything else. It will just make a bad situation worse.

Of course you should get what is yours and surely you could talk to your mother about this. Depending on what you paid for you could go further if they won't let you back in to get your things like go to the Police depending on the value of your things.

are you over 18?? If you did and they threw you out you could get in trouble wiht the law. HOWEVER that stuff is your ****. if your positive you wont get caught then go for it. otherwise gt the cops on your side tell them u were thrown out and yo need an escort to go get your things.

Did you pay for them? if yes then go on ahead (but only take what you paid for) if not them no, but maybe call your mum and ask for her permission if this is the case and go back when her BF is not home :)

Your mother is the person who is responsible to discipline you, NOT the boyfriend.

If he was violent toward you, go to the police.
