It really does vary because each women has different fluctuating hormones in early pregnancy and throughout their life. So, if you've always been particularly on the high end of hormones like estrogen and progesterone, you may not feel the effects as much as someone who has a fairly even-keeled menstrual cycle.
The most common symptoms, though, are:
* Missed menstruation
* Tender breasts (or more noticeable veins around areolas)
* Sharp, lower abdominal pains
* Slight increase in body temperature (usually only noticeable by using a basal body thermometer)
* Keen sense of smell
* Increase in frequency (not amount) of urination
* Possible streaking of tinted mucous about 7-10 days after conception (only 15% women report this "implantation bleeding")

What happened with me was that I kept thinking about being pregnant. None of the tests came up positive yet but it still could have been too early for the test to read positive. My boobs grew almost a cup size bigger. My stomach felt funny. I wasn't sick I just felt weird.

You probably won't have morning sickness until 6 weeks or so. At three weeks you may feel breast tenderness, bloated, a little cramping, and most likely, fatigue.

well Ur body starts to change it like get ready to Chang 4 me about 3 mo.My skin starts to glow.I threw up alto still had my period 4 well 3 mo after i was pr ego,Now that u mentioned it i don't believe nothing changed @ 3 weeks I never knew i was pr ego until i was 3 mo along with all 3 kids? sorry i couldn't help. first you should do a test when you miss a period , this is the only time it will show positive about 2weeks from conception.
i was a little bloated and tender breasts.

All of those things are early symptoms. But you may not get any symptoms that early. I didn't get any with my first one at all.
