NO. This pattern of labeling anything Muslim as "islamo--whatever" is nothing but attempts by religious bigots to spread their own hatred and bigotry toward Muslims.
What you do have in the Middle east is a fundamentalist politico-religious movement that began to emerge in the early twentieth century as a reaction to European colonialism. Following WW2 it might have died out, but ws given new impetus by events like the US-backed overthrow of the democratic government of Iran (1950s) and the poor handling of the creation of the state of Israel (a valid action--but the creation of a refugee population of Palistinian refugees who lost their homes and lands in the process is an injsutice that still hunts us).
Events like the unjustified invasionof Iraq have only lent new credence to this push for a return in the region to traditional (religious-based) states.
There is another element: the terrorists. These are not, strictly speaking, part of this broader movement. Rather, they are the extremists--people who have "gone off the deep end" and descended into fanaticism and mindless violence--but the acutally terrorists are not the core; rather it is those in the Middle east who use these terrorists as pawns for their own bids for power within the overall turmoil.
But "islamosocialism? Islamofascism? Those are merely propaganda labels--not e how they are slapped on, not a distinct gropup, but rather applied to label all Muslims. These are, as I said, nothing but derogatory epithets used with the intent of spreaading religious prejudice.

Most Islamic governments ARE Islamosocialist. The economies of those countries are centrally controlled, and they ARE Islamic, so...
