The authorities at the Bombay Stock Exchange have decided to place the equity shares of Dhar Cement Ltd in the 'Z' Group with effect from Monday, the 27th March, 2000, Dhar had not complied with and was in breach of provisions of the Listing Agreement. It has been suspended from trading.
