First of all...shower. Brush your teeth and floss. Don't bother with lipstick, it'll be smeared to your ear before you leave.
Throw out that itchy @$$ bra you were gonna wear and grab the iPod-ur gonna need it to mask that drilling sound!!!
If/when the dentist does converse with you, it's gonna be while both hands are in your mouth and trust me, he CAN understand what you reply!

Eat a humongous amount of chocolate, butter, and other sugary fatty substances. Don't clean your teeth.
Then ask him out on a date. Dentists are always loaded.

Do you have a transportable track participant you could carry with you? it could help in case you basically "track out" for the time of your cleansing, and concentration on the track. listening to track could properly be a brilliant distraction technique to help shop you calm.

I have dentist appointment every month so I am use to it. (I have braces) just relax and brush and FLOSS your teeth.
