why if it's so cold is there no snow? I think it's good that it is so cold...it kills off nasty bugs and viruses... but the weather forecasters talk like it's a big surprise and there is something wrong with it. But where's the snow?

i no that its cold darling but the reason the weather is so static at the moment is that there is a high pressure sat over the top of the country which keeps all the fronts away i e band of rain the high pressure is going to move away at the weekend and at the same time the wind is going to move from the east where it is currently coming from hence why its so cold to a milder westerly but unfortunatey when this has happened the cold air will have gone so instead of the snow we all want it is going to be a crappy mild wet christmas then on boxing day the wind is going to shift around again to a cold northerly all the way from the artic so mayby a chance for a white new year i hope that answers, your question sorry to go on but that's the simplus way i could put it sweetheart xxx
