We read dismayed that a key witness to the activities of the infamous child neglecting 'Tapas 9' gang has gone on the run in fear of being victimised by members of the gang. Such is these bullies reputation.

Isnt it about time the Police acted to ensure the safety of genuine witnesses in this sordid and high profile child neglect and child disapearance case ?

I am wondering where David Pilditch actually got his information from and how reliable it is.
Another strange report regarding this case, one of many. There is a "stench" about this case that is reeking to "high heaven".
Is there some MI5 or MI6 involvement in this case I wonder.
This case right from the "off" has been controversial WHY?
If GB could take an interest in it, why have none of the opposition even mentioned anything about it. Is it "off limits" for some reason.
I also read this on another site see this link:-

It's time the PJ charged the McCanns and their friends with child endangerment and frustrating the investigation. Those are charges that will stick; if they find new evidence that they have committed other crimes then they can bring charges later.

I believe that the British government has a responsibility to ensure that the fundamental human rights of its citizens abroad are protected. But when a Briton commits a crime abroad, then he/she should expect to be treated like a citizen of the country they are visiting.

The Americans were dismayed when a British couple committed a crime in Florida and the British government got so heavy handed about it. What they did was tantamount to blackmail and a smear campaign against the Florida police. I would love to hear the thoughts of the Florida cops whose good names were smeared by the British press and MPs, some of whom were even forced to resign over that "international incident", "to protect Anglo-American relations". Why doesn't some hot shot American journalist go down to St Petersburg and ask the cops what they think of the McCann case? My money would be on their sympathies lying with the Portuguese police.

If this is true, then it just shows how dangerous and strange this case has become. If he feels the need to hide from Metodo 3, then something is badly wrong with those people, and if he is scared of political interference, what does that say about the amount of interference there has already been? I hope he stays safe, because he could help discover what happened to Madeleine, and I for one applaud him for being brave enough to tell the police the whole truth, and being prepared to go into hiding in order to make sure justice is done. I just hope that his evidence is worth something, after all this. We don't know what the evidence is though, or how strong it is, so let's just see what's going to happen as a result of it, before we jump to conclusions.

I think Duirmuid is very ,very close to the truth. There are many more people involved in this case than we know about.
The McCanns are more like the McMafia everyday.

How long has it been since the disappearance? And a key witness, someone on the scene has just been discovered? It took that long for someone to script this? Mind you, the Hollywood writers are on strike, so I guess it is only recently they could find one to write this one up.
Least you could have done is provided a link to a page with a picture of a nice-looking lady.

I whish the police would just get to the bottom of this case instead of tip-toeing around these liars and allowing them to intimidate others.
