Most countries in the world import natural honey, but specifically from Africa are: Kenya; Rwanda; Tanzania; Uganda and Zimbabwe.

If I had to guess I'd guess China - they import lots of raw materials from Africa. Most of the answers above refer to exports from Africa -- you asked about imports.
I doubt it is a big business. Honey is widely available throughout the world -- and shipping is a big expense.
