I am currently working a part-time, seasonal (Christmas) job at Bath & Body works. While I've loved their products for years and will continue to, I am not enjoying the job as much as I thought I would.
I want to turn in my two-weeks notice this Friday (my next shift), but since it's a seasonal job and I'd be let go anyhow after Christmas (or in early January at the latest) would that even make sense to do? Should I just stick it out till the end of the season? Should I give notice of a different timeframe? I don't know what to do!

Thanks

I would stick it out. It will be a reference that you can use on applications in the future. And maybe next year you might want to do it again.

Since its a seasonal job, and you were told you would be let go after Christmas/early Jan. They would be very upset if you quit because they expected you to work until the end of the holidays.

I know customers can be a pain but just stick it out and look at is as extra money in your pocket.

If your other job is in retail as well I would hold off on quiting just yet. Your first job may just be offering more hours to compinsate for the holliday crowds, you could possibly see a decrease in hours in accordance with sells. If I were you, I would keep both just to be on the safe side besides its only 1 extra month. But if u do quit just give them a 2 week notice.

I would just stick it out. You've only got a few more weeks... you can still get a paycheck and the discount! Giving them notice, they may just say just don't come back. If you can use the money and the discount, stick it out! It may just work out to your advantage.
