Its late, and I need to get up sort of early tommorrow! Im a little tired, but I still cant sleep. I just have too much on my mind! What should I do?

i took a hot shower, and i cant really take sleeping pills right now because they knock me out for like a whole day! haha!

Get comfortable. Take slow deep breaths. count backwards from 50. nxt thing you know the alarm clock will be blaring

relax and soak in a warm tub with bubblebath. Works for me.

seriously. make a list of everything that comes to your mind. give yourself 10 minutes. write everything down. works everytime. just get everything out. it works.

just be calm (if you have a test or like that be positive thinking negative will make it worse)
