yes of course... when you experience failure, that's the time that you will be encourage pick yourself up of the ground and try succeeding one more time...and you will strive harder and you will already know what to do because you already learn from your mistakes...

Yeah. I got turned down for management training at the drug store I was working at. The anal king told me that since I was a theater major in college, they wouldn't waste their time or money on me because at any time I might decide that it was time for my big break and run off to New York. The one thing that my theater education taught me was that wasn't EVER going to happen.
So I started looking for a new job right away. With two years I was managing a gas station. Something that I did for three years, until the company got bought out by a conglomerate and fired ALL of us managers. Something about us not being able to be loyal to the new bosses. Load of malarkey, that one. But oh well, they owned it, they can do what they want to it. They are all gone now anyway. Customer loyalty was kind of fleeting after that.
