Why should he? I'm not a fan of it either, but it is part of him. Why should we changes our bodies because they aren't perfect?? Perfect is in the eye of the beholder, and it hasn't exactly been holding back his career.

He does. He smells with it, sniffs with it, blows it, rubs it, sctratches it, just like the rest of us. What more do you want? His nose is part of his charm. If he has plastic surgery on it, his face won't be all that unique any more. That happened to Jennifer Grey, "Baby" in "Dirty Dancing". She had her nose fixed, and her career took a nosedive. Google Karl Malden images and have a look at his nose. Or Jimmy Durante. Even Bob Hope. They all made money with their schnozzes.

It's his Trade Mark, I can't imagine him with a straight fake nose. That nose makes him so ugly that he actually is sexy and hot again.

He isn't insecure about his looks unlike Ashley Simpson and Tom Cruise who both had the biggest noses ever and were so unhappy with themselves that they had surgery

I can think of 2 reasons:
1) It's his trademark
2) He has bigger things to worry about.

i seriouslly don't KNOW he has got millions yet he can't afford to fix that horrible looking nose!! lol
but i guess it gets him in alot of movies... but still!
