No kidding.
Or spin, on my spinning wheel.
Both activities are rhythmic and calming, like meditating.
Only, when I'm done, I have something tangible to show for it.
Feeling productive helps the 'bad mood' too.
I wish I were the house-cleaning type, but alas I'm not....

Never stay home when feeling blue, get out you dont have to have a place to go or know where your going. Or else try calling some1 who's always been there for you. Good luck!

either meditate, go out and eat some really good jamaican food and then go for icecream or I tune into one of the free jazz channels on Rhapsody and chill.
Then wait for my son to come home, since he is still small a smile on his face usually takes me out of my funk
