It is a tough road to walk the middle path to be humble and harmonious with the world, too not be of the legalistic mind always be offended by the petty discrimination of others and yet I am an American and "rights" very much make up that identity. I argue, but it is important to check yourself make sure you are coming from a place of compassion.

I'm quite practical about it. I rarely argue with someone merely because I think they are wrong. It is a waste of my time and energy. Let them be wrong.
But if someone tries to prevent me from doing something I have a perfect right to do, I will make an effort to convince them of the error of their ways. People in such confrontations are often irrational, however, and will sometimes be unwilling or unable to acknowledge even the clearest, most logical arguments. At that point you must decide for yourself whether the consequences of escalating to the next level is worth the prize.

It's nearly un`avoidable !?!. See if you just hold your tongue`,in just a short`time some WILL feel that you are just some push`over, lacky, nerd or whatever type of person that they can get over on !?! / walk over !?! get my meaning ?. Now if you know some specifics on or about what's right, what's rightfully yours, the right or better way to tackle/handle a problem or certain situations.. Then you can voice your opinions & make suggestions as`to different ways to solve or over`come some situations !?! It might be a good idea if you could find some law documents hat woild help the points that you'd try to make.. To atand better!! Or more upright than possibly most !?! & try not to think of it as "argueing" !! More like some debate of facts" !!. ~!! `'R"r.r`r,r'r.r`r.'-
