At this point only natural laws have any backing of fact behind them. Therefore the ultimate goal of our existence would simply be to carry on the species. To propagate ourselves across the universe etc and so on.
As to individual meanings... it means simply what you make of it.

A mission and to feel a one and lifetime chance. But really, we all don't know it's true meaning. When we are near to death we will know . So now no one knows because the people who knows it are dead.
