You should start by doing something you know you can accomplish. Then try something a little harder. Then something a little harder then that. Let your confience grow. You can do it!

The same way you get through school without failing. You study the task as hand before attempting to complete that particular project. You can't expect to pass a test on something you've never studied, right? The same is true for living and learning in general.
Never be afraid to ask questions of someone who might know what you are about to do. This is how we learn as we grow from childhood to adulthood. We mimic others and eventually ask questions.
Remember . . . If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Just because you can't do a particular project or task doesn't mean you're a failure. Far from it in my book.

Understand that failure is a big part of being successful. Without failure, you never learn to move on to something else that is better. Failure is also necessary to show us we are on the wrong track. Look at it as something positive, instead of negative, maybe that will help.

In everything we do there is a risk that we may fail. But what is important is we have to do our best in every endeavor and if still fall short and we fail. Learn from that failure, know why you fail. Turn that failure into your advantage by learning from it.

I believe you don't get over it, you work with it. I also believe failing helps. Failing isn't a bad thing, not trying is.
The successful people of the world fail, but they keep on trying and eventually their success defines them, not the failures.
