The place rip us off, so what can we write on the placards that is safe?

As long as you write only the truth, they can sue you, but they can't win.

To 'bigmike' - the BBB is an advertising company. A business pays them, and in return is allowed to use the BBB logo on their ads.

The ONLY benefit the BBB gives to consumers is that a consumer can check with the BBB "before" they buy to see how many complaints they have. The BBB is NOT any sort of government body, and has NO authority to resolve complaints.

You do have to be careful what you write on the sign. A neighbor of mine had a vehicle that was a lemon, and put a sign on it saying, " I bought this lemon at ___________ dealership." The dealer tried to go legal, but was not able too.

Use common sense and take my advise, the BBB doesn't support the little man. I filed several reports thru them and have yet to get satisfaction from the complaints.

There is no "safe" protest...

law-abiding protestors have been arrested since the birth of our nation.

either be willing to speak your mind and face a fine or jailtime, or let it go...
