tonsils....I had them removed when I was a kid and I was able to live without 'em :))) And that' it....I'm not giving anything else up...lol

We can live without a lot of different body parts. The human body is a very efficient machine. I'd give up my appendix just so it wouldn't possibly become a problem later.

I'm living with 3 parts missing right now, and much to personal to talk about among strangers. ;-)
But everyone can live without: One liver, one kidney, both eyes, both hearing, one body limb, no hair, the gall bladder, tonsils, teeth, and for the women; some of their women parts.
(Without the help of a life support;-)

There are a few mentioned here already. I no longer have my appendix and don't miss it. I'm glad my parents had the FOREsight not to deprive me of my FOREskin when I was too young to decide for myself. I had already lost half my hair so I decided 4 years ago to shave the rest of my head.
Every 7 years or so I lose all of my skin, but it is replaced so that's OK.
I would give my right arm to be ambidexterous!
I have occasionally given a pint of my blood to save lives, but that is replaceable.
I could give one kidney and still function.
I have also given my heart(figuratively) on occasion.
I would like to give all my body parts(except my brain) if I could replace them with fresh ones!

my boobs, I think there are really overated and I would like to know how it feels to be somewhat flat chested. Clothes for smaller boobs are so much cuter. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.
