If he runs into the endzone and takes a knee, it is a safety. If the momentum of catching the ball takes him there, it is a touchback. All up to the interpretation of the officials.

If he catches it outside of the end zone that would be an incomplete pass.

However, If he catches it in bounds it will be a safety unless his momentum carried him into the end zone. Then it will be a touch back and put on the twenty yard line.

Counts as a safety for the team that intercepted it. They have to punt the ball away.
Luckily that doesn't happen much
