What is the best (or worse depending on how you look at it) one you have ever pulled off??

My mom lives WAAAAY out in the boonies. About four miles from here house there are two little old country churches with a HUGE and OLD graveyard. It has a swinging bridge next to the low water bridge.
Well, I had this girlfriend that was never scared. We had tried for years to get her scared and NOTHING worked.
So I asked my mom one night to dress up like a ghost and stand on the swinging bridge. It was a foggy, chilly night (PERFECT) and some of my friends and I got in the Tahoe and drove down there. As we came across the low water bridge the fog was thick and the churches almost seemed to glow. As we looked to our left there was my mom on the bridge and she honestly almost scared ME! She had a white sheet wrapped around her and a flashlight INSIDE it so it gave a glow and with the fog, MAN it was creepy. My friend noticed and it scared her and she pissed her pants! She stared crying! It was classic. We drove over the hill and there was some of my moms friends making smores...

Luckily her overnight bag was in the car and she changed and we made smores by the fire and had a BLAST the rest of the night. She loved the prank it was sooo fun!!! That was 4 years ago and we still talk about it!

I told my brother to put a funnel in the band of his pants and balance a quarter on his nose, as though I was going to ask him to drop the quarter into the funnel. With his head tilted back, I poured water into the funnel.

I tied a stuffed gorilla suit to a rolling chair to the door of our office. The next day the store manager opened up at 5 am in the dark and the door pulled the gorilla into him. Security called when they heard him screaming and scuffling with the gorilla suit. This was about 8 years ago and people still talk of it.

at my university i poured detergent into the water fountain for a final prank it was hilarious the next day watching bubbles floating around the school. it lightened the mood at school....just like i wanted!
