Gosh, I'm thinking gold. Why? because if you spill a little bubbly, it's not so bad. Red...ditto. Black...ultra safe!
Silver? You must then make sure you have at least 3 feet around you of space as not to get "bumped" into. Silver would make me nervous to wear to a typical drunken event.

Any of those colorings would look large on New 12 months's Eve. Black is a classic which continuously seems large with some bling. although, i think of pink is extremely good in the process the holiday season.

Above the knee black dress, but not a mini, dress it up with some glittery jewelery and wear a pair of black strappy high heels. Classic look that is always stylish.

Probably silver, or white. For me, those colors would symbolize a clean slate (the coming of a new year) as well as looking festive.
Usually red reminds me too much of Christmas.

well depending on your skin colour, the colour would vary for eg if you are pale skinned or very fair skinned, you would probably wear black or red so it stands out (duh, its New Years Eve people), if you are tanned, wear black or silver and if you're darker wear silver, gold or red i hope i helped to answer your question but seriously, wear whatever makes you comfortable and beautiful because thats what counts at the end of the day

Black, silver or blue. But I always end up wearing red. Guess it doesn't matter. The shinier, the better.

I have a gold lame jacket that looks like I snatched it off either Elvis or Liberace. This is one of my favorites, I also have the skirt and top hat that goes with it, complete with this huge white feather that floats on the hat.
My kids think it looks like a pimp's styling suit, except that it has a skirt instead of slacks.
