Do you have a lease, and if so, who is listed on the lease as responsible parties? Are you renting form a Private owner or a realty agency or apt complex? Answers to these questions could have a large impact on how to proceed...
Generally speaking, w/o a lease or if your roommates are not listed on the lease (& you are) - you are on your own unfortunately. If you are responsible (on paper) to pay the rent, and you cannot cover the entire amount on your own, you'll need to find new roomates ASAP. You should try and find out your legal rights/obligations - find a local legal aid group to answer specific questions about your situation (if you have a college/university in your area, you can usually find free legal help through various student services).
In my experience, private owners are usually more flexable, or @ least more willing to let pay rent late - again it depends on your situation. I would suggest talking to your lanlord if you have had a good relationship up to this point.
Depending on where you live, you may have up to 3 months before your landlord can start the eviction process. You need to find out about the landlord/tenant laws in your state, and go forward from there.

If your roommates left why would you expect the rent to be paid?
Ask the manager what you need to do to keep your end of the rental agreement. If it requires you to pay the rent in full until you get new roommates then find them in a hurry. Don`t forget to get a security deposit from your new roommates too.
If you can not find new room mates in a resonable time then give the manager your 30 day notice and your done.

If the room mates were not in the leasing agreement contract then you are responsible to pay the rent. If this is the case then finding 2 room mates must is needed to replace the others...and soon! But if they signed the leasing agreement then it is the job of the landlord how they want to handle.

Well, were the 2 roommates on the lease? If so then they legally still owe rent and must pay it- the landlord can take care of that if they are not. If they weren't on the lease, then either try and find more roommates or you'll have to cut your lease short (you'll have to pay a penalty and lose your deposit) and find another place to live.

To avoid eviction you will have to pay the full rent. Unless you can get the landlord to take less. Get new roommates to replace the deadbeats.

Move out! Or pay their portion of the rent. Apartment owner rarely have any remorse but try them out. Tell them your situation and see what they can do for you. Maybe you can move into a smaller and cheaper place. I wish you the best though Sweetie.

You should find someone who has a room they're renting out and move there OR just find new roommates,
and ASAP!
