I get a lot of stares and I hate it. There was even one guy who whistled at me when I was walking.

Yes, I hate it. My husband works with this guy and I see him in a local department store a good bit. He's weird. I guess he doesn't think I notice, but he goes out of his way to stop and stare at me. Last time was a week ago and it made me really mad. I said "Take a f-ucking picture, fruitcake!", he jusy kept staring like he was on Mars. I told my husband about it when I came out of the store, that I'm sick of this s hit. He told me that this guy does this at work too, alot. Said this guy also talks about when he was younger, how he was on drugs so bad and stuff. I think he's a burn out, with other problems. I once saw his "girlfriend", she was a "real winner". Maybe that's why he's so imterested! LOL He annoys me though, plus he's real tall, like 6'2, so he can watch me in a store from acrossed an entire aisle almost.

The fact is that, on the street, I don't really notice whether I am being stared at or not. But now that you mention it, I think I would be uncomfortable if I felt that somebody was staring at me in public. But I doubt I'd do anything about it. What I really do hate is being stared at when I'm eating in a restaurant. For me, eating is a very private affair. Hence my reluctance to go to restaurants and cafes etc.

OMG it's like this question was MADE for my friend and I! Every day at the bus stop the people stare at us from the bus window! And when we're on the bus we talk in low voices but still everyone looks at us and listens! My friend's name is Kiwi Graca, and she is sure to answer this question!

I stare back. I've been known to walk up to the person, lean over, almost nose to nose, and stare at them.
I guarindamntee you, it'll freak them out.

Yeah that makes me really mad, it just makes you wanna curse them out. On the other hand if it was a really good looking girl, let her stare I can't argue with that.
