N2O4 can be liquefied, although we usually meet it as a vapour, and there is a solid N2O5 but it is unstable.

you mean liquid nitrogen? yes, it's possible. it's usually used to keep those DNA. i still rmb the person told me it can freeze your hand on the spot and your hand will "chip off" if you touch it.
