the nun I had as my fourth grade teacher. on top of being a mean sob ( name was hortence to give you a clue) I noticed that she tended to look the same every year. when I saw her for the first time twenty years later I was shocked to see she looked EXACTLY THE SAME. No extra white, no extra wrinkles no weight change. Even kids I graduated with comment on how eerie it is. my personal theory is that in her closet is a picture of her getting older and older...wait...
did you hear something???

There was this movie in the late 70's early 80's called MAGIC with Anthony Perkins from Psycho.. Anyway it was about a ventriloquist dummy that came to life and killed people.. It scared the hell out of me... My uncle had a dummy that looked like this killer one and one night he "rigged" it to come out of the closet when I went to bed.. ! It came flying out of the closet and landed on me in the dark ! I peed the bed... I hate those dummies ! It was creepy like a Chuckie doll.....

Spiders!(They still do) And the dark when I was a kid. Always slept with the hall light on. Woke up one night and didn't know my parents shut it off after I fell asleep and thought I had gone blind!

Airplanes....when I was a kid I lived in San Diego on the street where PSA Flight 182 crashed.... The airplane was REALLY close to hitting our house! The sound of the crash petrified me! it was the most terrifying thing ever!

When I was a kid it was
That thing under the bed!
Every noise I'd hear was
That Thing Under the Bed!
My Mom would tell me every
night that there was nothing
there......but the lights would
go out...and there it was....
That Thing Under the Bed!

An encyclopedia - the letter S.
I couldn't even touch it... S for sharks. I've this strange fear of pictures of sharks - some whales - large fish - creepy looking ones.
I think its the fear of the unknown.
I am trying, but we will see how it goes.
